Located in beautiful Bastrop, Texas...welcome to Maxwell's Silver Hammer Farm! Our donkeys are loved daily and make wonderful show donkeys, beloved pets, and gorgeous pasture decorations.
Our senior herdsire is Double N Ditto...brown and white spotted Texas State Fair Champion. He is widely known for his ability to pass on his color, his beautifully conformed head and delicate nose. He has delivered spots when breeding with spots and when breeding with solids. Ditto is available for outside breeding.

We have selected our jennets based upon their pedigrees, conformation, color and adorable personalities. They and their babies are loved, brushed, handled, and trained on a daily basis and all foals are imprinted at birth. These four are our 2008 babies...three out of four spots...2 boys, 2 girls! We are so excited about our spot breeding program...all mothers were solid colored! Way to go Ditto!
